FAQs

What do I wear to our session?

Wear anything that makes you feel comfortable and confident! These are your photos and they should represent you, but if you’re really needing ideas these are my suggestions: neutral colors like whites, blacks, browns, light pastels and creams create romantic images and look especially good against tropical green and beach backgrounds. Long dresses, or skirts, denim jeans or shorts are always good and for men, classic white tees, button ups and neutral pants or jeans can never lead you awry! If you're interested in swimming or jumping in the ocean during our shoot wearing a swimsuit under your clothes is recommended.

Can I do an outfit change during our session?

Up to two outfit changes are allowed during the full shoot (one hour session). The mini session is too short for outfit changes. If you would like to add on additional time to allow for an outfit change please let me know in advance before paying deposit as the extra time will add to the overall cost of you session.

What if the weather is bad during our scheduled date?

No weather is ad weather here on O’ahu. Rainy or windy days can add to the cinematic feel and experience to session. I peronsally love a rain shoot and have no issue shooting in mild rain and mist. If it’s truly down pouring and no safe for my equipment to e exposed to we can reschedule the time or date of our shoot for more optimal weather. However deposits are nonrefundable which leads me to my next question…

If I cancel my shoot can I receive my full deposit?

At this time I am not providing deposit refunds for canceled shoots. When you reserve a date the deposit serves to hold your place, this means I am often denying other clients your date.
